| Fuelogic (Pty) Ltd is a Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) transport company operating within Southern Africa. Operating as a bulk fuel transporter, the company was established in March 2001.
Calulo Investments, is an empowerment company, which provides energy services and solutions to the petro-chemical industry. Imperial Holdings, a major transport and mobility group, owns a 60% stake in Javrow.
Fuelogic owns and operates 275 prime movers (both rigid and truck tractors) from 24 different fuel company depots, in South Africa and BLS countries (Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland). Managers are deployed at all of these depots. The company has a highly experienced and specialised team, collectively boasting in excess of 200 deals in the petro-chemical and transport industries.
The company's vision is to become the number one operator of bulk fuel prime movers before the end of 2009. It already has long-term contracts with three of the major oil companies in South Africa with annual volumes close to 2.4 billion litres. Turnover is in excess of R380 million per annum. |
